The TicketNet ® ticket system was created by InfoTec ® in 1998 and is the earliest domestic development in the Russian market segment of automated ticket reservation and sales systems.

The geography of objects equipped with the TicketNet system is constantly expanding. In 2012, InfoTec's developments are actively used in museums, theaters, and cultural and leisure institutions from Kaliningrad to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, as well as in the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.

Over the past two decades, TicketNet has evolved into a comprehensive system for managing all the resources of sports, culture and entertainment facilities: from turnstiles and surveillance cameras, to a widget on the site and interactive terminals.
